Hey readers, i'm moving to a new blog. Yea, because something happen to this blog like some photo have error and u can't see it, my blog's header also dissapear - -. So i make a decision, a hard decision that is to move to a new blog. Why is it a hard decison? Because i have already been using this blog for 3 years and all those page views i have gain! It's really sad that i need to leave this blog :( Anyway a new blog means a new life for me as this blog is like forever alone TT and some fangirling things lol Well...there will be a giveaway on our new blog (me and Caydence) for the relaunching. Secret Plan

WooHoo! Hi readers, i'm back. I'm free from SPM!

Holidays start now!

I have so many things to do on this long long holiday when waiting the result.

So...i promise to blog about my graduation day right? 

But...wait. Why? Because i'm coming up with secret plan with Caydence lol

I will reveal it sooooooooooooooon :)

And...I'm just back from Race In, something like Running Man (korea famous variety show)that organized by my class and i'm the one of the committee, haha.

I have passed my Undang test!!

B4 the test, i was so so so nervous

and my heartbeat rate increases lol.

During the test, i do it so carefully 

cuz i don't hope to retake the test again

and it cost RM35 for just a test!

U c, it's not that worth to retake the test.

So i said to myself : i must pass. i must pass. -_-

Haha thx to all my friends that gave me support and goodluck wishes lol

and honestly, the test was quite easy (●′ω`●)

How to reduce pain during menstrual period

Hey yo! Trial exam has finally ended! 

And y am i blog about this? *as u saw at the title*

cause i'm also a girl ma - - get it? 

Dunoe y i'm suffering from the pain during the period this time (normally i didn't have any feeling during my period lol - -) until need to take painkiller (panadol) to reduce it.

when i woke up in the morning i was like this and walk like a granny 

Okay no more crap bck to topic!

I knw the pain is really suffering,and it will affect our mood & daily activities. So how to reduce it?

• Apply a heating pad to your lower belly area, below your belly button. Never fall asleep with the heating pad on.
• Do light circular massage with your fingertips around your lower belly area.
• Drink warm beverages like hot milo, etc.
• Eat light but frequent meals.
• Follow a diet rich in complex carbohydrates such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, but low in salt, sugar, alcohol, and caffeine.
• Keep your legs raised while lying down, or lie on your side with your knees bent.
• Take warm showers or baths.
• Walk or exercise regularly, including pelvic rocking exercises.
• Lastly i will only recommend you to have painkiller (panadol) when you really really need it to reduce the pain cause consume too much painkiller is not good to our health :)

Have lots of things to do after my SPM :

1. Have my driving license - can hang out with friends anytime lol
2. Work - to gain life experience
3. Buy a new phone - my phone button got problem - - zzz and my mum said that if i further studies at somewhere else, it is better to have a smartphone with me heeeheee :)
4. Buy a DSLR - yess! and my dad said that he is going to buy for me next year! 

Okay i think thats all. Nothing much to say erm type - -
So byebye all!

Went to celebrate HuiNee's birthday at M.Berries with YC, Angelynna,JM & YM.
B4 HuiNee reach there v went to summer bakery (just beside the m.berries) bought cake for her. A lovely cake haha

Okay it's like this.

When v took out the cake and put on the candle and v realise that none of us have bring lighter or match. V want to borrow from the shop keeper at m.berries but they don't have it. So, YC & I went bck to Summer Bakery to borrow lighter haha!
